The Oracle Series — “Know Thy Coin”

A 10-month journey across the spectrum of cryptocurrency.

The Oracle Series is a limited run of laser-engraved, cold storage time capsules — each one blending Greek-inspired symbolism with the distinct identity of a different blockchain. This collection carries the moniker “Know Thy Coin”, a modern spin on the ancient Delphic wisdom to “Know Thyself.”

⚡ How It Works

  • Monthly Drops (Sept 2025 – June 2026): Each month reveals a new Oracle coin line, featuring a different cryptocurrency. No pre-announcements — every release is a surprise unveiled at the start of the month.
  • One Month Only: Coins are available for that month only. At midnight (EST) on the final day, the line closes forever.
  • Finite Scarcity: Each line is capped at a maximum of 100 coins (00–99). A minimum of 21 coins will always be struck, with any unsold pieces reserved for future auctions or promotions. The final mintage is determined by the number sold during the month — whether that’s 21, 44, or 100.

🏛 Design Language

The core Oracle design remains constant:

  • A silhouette of the Goddess Gaia with an outstretched hand
  • The Finite By Design (f*D) insignia
  • The inscription “Know Thy Coin”
  • Sequential serial numbering (00–99)

What changes each month:

  • The cryptocurrency logo hovering above her hand
  • The denomination specific to that chain
  • A custom hologram on the reverse, themed to the chosen crypto, securing the QR code + embedded key

🔒 Security You Can Trust

  • Air-Gapped Generation: Every keypair is created by the founder on an offline system.
  • Tamper-Evident Hologram: Each coin seals its one-of-one private key beneath a chain-specific hologram.
  • No Copies Retained: Once sealed, the digital record is destroyed. Your key exists only on your coin.

🌌 Why 10 Months?

The Oracle Series runs for 10 consecutive months (Sept 2025 – June 2026) to represent a cycle of completeness — mirroring the way ancient oracles guided seekers through finite periods of insight. Just as the Delphic Oracle was not consulted endlessly but in pivotal moments, each Oracle coin is a fleeting opportunity to secure a piece of blockchain history before it vanishes.

🌐 Parallel to Bitcoin Time Capsules

Alongside the Oracle Series, Finite By Design will continue to release monthly Bitcoin-specific Time Capsule lines. Collectors can choose to pursue either path — or both — but every piece shares the same foundation: scarcity, security, and significance.
